I bought this off another forum member but decided to get a SAC clutch instead. It looks brand new and has only 1,000 miles of use and was guaranteed to be properly broken in. It was his wives car from what I'm to understand and it just ended up being to stiff for her to drive but it is not too much stiffer than stock IMO. Just enough to make the car feel even more sporty. This clutch is rated for 340 ft/lbs of torque. If you need anymore info please let me know. Thanks

$200 shipped

Quote:
The SPEC Stage 2 Clutch Kit offers more clamping force than the Stage 1 to help you launch, yet is still street-friendly with good pedal action. This Clutch is intended for Street and Race use and has a significantly increased torque capacity. For all mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines. (Also good for stock power levels and spririted driving when good daily drivability and extremely long life are the goal.) Stock-like daily drivability and EXCELLENT wear characteristics. Includes high clamp pressure plate, pure Kevlar friction material and high torque sprung hub and disc assembly. This package converts the restrictive and vague factory SAC (Self Adjusting Clutch) type pressure plate to a SPEC exclusive billet 360 degree pivot unit with higher load/rpm ability, better drivability and longer life than can be achieved with the factory design. For use with Spec Flywheel Only and will NOT work with OEM style flywheel. For OEM style flywheel, order this poart WITHOUT the "-2" suffix.

Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Pulling, Autocross

Torque Capacity: 340 Lbs./Ft.

I'm assuming it doesn't come with a lightened flywheel? If not, can I use it with my stock flywheel?

It does not come with the flywheel or I would be asking a lot more money. You would have to get a spec flywheel to mate up to this clutch. But with the lighter clutch your car would rev much faster.

Think I'll pass. Thanks for answering my questions, though.
