why is it that the people from farther away (like Ohio..NY NJ & Va which are all 100% reserved ) are willing to commit and the closer by types like CA & CO won't

I left out TX on purpose because they have got a high % of reserves on the books


Grant & Maria need to stir the California pot....John...start cracking the colorado whip.
