Thanks Carl.. like you said it is a team.. I'm lucky to have the support group, as they were the ones that got me excited about doing this... it has been a team effort from the start, and will continue that way.
The core group is myself (Rich), druid-2 (Mike), dashark (Mark), ihawk95 (Diana). We certainly need help, there's no doubt in that.
We are putting together a ton of great activities.. and as Mike has mentioned previously we want everyone who can to attend the 2009 event in Denver, and you'll see a big push after that event for promotion and such for 2010. We are working on larger scale promotions and with the assistance of NASSOA and others this event will not only be great, but hopefully grow in attendance as well.
i must have missed it, but are there set days for the event? like 11-13th or the 18-20th? and it's always in june right?

As Mike stated we'll post all of the details (dates, events, and such) as we sign contracts and firm up things.
NASSOA members got to vote on the proposal, so there is a proposal there for members to look at... but again, it's a proposal and our intent to deliver no doubt.. but until the contracts are signed we'll avoid any jinxing that we can!!
Glad to see so many interested. Let's all support 2009 in Denver the same way, and make for a great 2010 event after that!
2009? Denver? But.... I thought it went 2007, 2008, 2010. Although, I did fail math.
2009 Denver Nationals. Don't forget the 2009 S.E. Regional for those of you on the east coast that are unable to attend the Colorado event. Although our event is not a national event in name only we are offering the same as you would find at the national level. We started working on the 2009 S.E. Meet right after we got back from the 2007 nationals in Nashville. We just wanted to give everybody a choice. A lot of work has gone into putting this event together with lots more to do. We hope that each event will give all a chance to make new friends.
