I am seeking entries to be the official meet logo for the 4th Annual North American Solstice\Sky Meet. The meet will be held from June 18 through June 21, 2009 at the Omni Interlochen Resort, Broomfield, Colorado.
Deadline: Midnight, 21 June 2008 ... on the 2008 Summer Solstice.
Submission: PM me for the email address for submission. We will work out by PM alternate submission routes for very large graphic file submissions.
Essential elements:
1. 4th Annual North American Solstice\Sky Meet
2. 18 - 21 June 2009
3. Denver, Co (or Colorado)
4. Solstice (any combination NA, GXP, and\or Coupe)
5. Sky (NA and\or Redline)
Design ideas (not required):
1. Cowboy theme (i.e. hat, lasso, horse, boots, etc...)
2. Mountains
3. Hotel facade
4. Cars in some color other than red or yellow (been there, done that...)
We will use the logo in a variety of ways: on the website, on letterhead, on signs\posters, t-shirts, patches, and maybe others.
The logo selection committee will be the drawn from the folks working on the meet in Denver. They will see the entries minus the names of the ones submitting the entries, only I will know who submits which logo and I can't vote.
Submission of an entry or entries implies your consent for us to use your logo submission in conjunction with the 4th Annual North American Solstice\Sky Meet. We may ask for modifications to an entry or entries based on feedback of the voting committee.
Please do not post entries to any of the forums until after the selection has been announced. You are welcome to post questions and your intent to submit entries to this thread.

Curtis, with regard to the RMSSC logo, all I did was tweak what great work Ryck and a few others had already spent many hours doing. By no means was it ever my logo.
