I am trying to organize a mod meet for the Northeast and this will be the interest thread. Originally, I was thinking of a tuning day, but I figured it would be more beneficial to open it up to other modifications also. Here are the tentative details thus far:
Date: Friday, January 2, Saturday, January 3 and Sunday, January 4
Location: 1sgt's House in Bay Shore, Long Island (NY)
There is NO SMOKING on John's property at his request.
SOLO Performance- Jeff and his wife (they will bring product in order to save shipping- get your orders in!!)
Any other vendor that wants to participate, please post in this thread.
DDMWorks has already said that they will install any of their mods, and those of other vendors. That is really great of them, especially since they would be coming from South Carolina.
I will also personally tune your car using HP Tuners with a Westers Tune if you are an 07 OR 08 Solstice GXP...free of charge. You would just have to pay Westers for the tune beforehand.
Please post in this thread if you are interested!!! This is a lot of work to organize, so if you really are interested, then post here and include what mods you would be interested in. I will contact each vendor when we have a list of what people want, and give them an idea of what to bring with them. You should pay them before hand for the item, and they will install it for you at the meet. 1sgt has a ton of room at his house, including a 2 car garage, use of his neighbor's garage, and huge driveway...so the more the merrier.
Also, if you are a member and would like to contribute your expertise and help with installs or jobs of a specific nature, simply send me a PM and I will add you to the invite.

If you have a question as to whether or not a modification can be installed, just post it here and I will contact the vendor for you and post an answer as soon as I receive it. Some of the members might also be able to install certain things, such as Wind Restrictor lighting kits, etc.
This is a great alternative in case some people couldn't make the Maryland Mod Meet this past October.
Food/Restaurants:
On The Border, Gino's restaurant, has graciously offered to provide catering for our event (lunch and dinner in a buffet style).
Breakfast will be provided by the LI club each morning (bagels, etc.).

I know SOLO's headers are for the N/A only. Our GXP can't have headers from what I understand. Did you mean JPM doing your dash? Also, did you mean the pro-beam, not sway bar?
I'm hoping that many will get some goodies for their car for the holidays from their loved ones. They can have them installed at the mod meet, which is why the date is after the holidays.
DDMWorks can do the following in one day...1 supercharger install (Gino-vstar), a few Pro-Beams, 2 or 3 gauge pods with gauges, 1 vertical doors (me). Anything else and we would have to make it a two day event pending approval of 1sgt since it is his house. Dave said that both he and Randy would come from South Carolina. Chime in quick and grab a spot. Dave should chime in on this thread sometime soon to elaborate.
