WoW ... I figured with the time you left this morning that you wouldn't roll in until after 11pm my time. Really glad to see you get home early enough to relax some.

Hey all-
Pulled into the driveway at about 5:30 today. Long trip, but worth every minute--what an experience! Big thanks to AR for letting me tag along with her on the way out and to Moms for feeding me hawaiian cheeseburger pizza ---umm good ! Thanks to Dan as it was a great run through the PA back country! It was so good to see all the rest of you and a big thanks to Mn Mike and Sandi for letting me follow them back to MN! Back to work and reality tomorrow !

Backed into my drive at 20:54, had to stop and fill up the tank again once I hit town
Weather really sucked pond scum (and was dumping it in buckets) from the PA/OH line all the way to the 80/94 junction east of Chicago. The Tri-state was a long construction zone for 2/3rd of the way, but averaged about 72 mph, just rolling WITH the traffic
Pile of mail to go thru, some NASSOA apps, and pictures from the whole week are now downloaded.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'!!!!!!!!!! Got that from a junk e-mail but it works!!!
Just want to say I enjoyed running with everyone, made the trip over a a lot more fun.
Dan you did a nice job planning the route, it is a way the I would never gotten to take and more fun then just running the Interstate. That is why the forum is a great place, because you get to meet nice people and have fun enjoying our cars.
It was nice meeting up with some from past outings and meeting other Solstice nuts. Hope to meet up with all on future runs down the road.
The caravan over was one aspect of many memorable activities over the last week. We had 5 days of travel for a day at Mecca. Thanks for making one of our travel days an additional good "event".
