I'll sit down and recap this year's event in the next day or two.
Thanks again to everyone who came and enjoyed themselves. I can assure you MANY months of nerve-racking planning went into this event. We had glitches, but that happens. Thank you for the momentos, everybody, they are priceless to me and I will always treasure them. but I couldn't have done this without the others.
More of that in the racap...
As every year we remind people to check the websites of the Dragon photograpers for your memories of the Tail of the Dragon.
First and foremost, a HUGE THANKS to Darryl Cannon(killboy) of Killboy.com for coming out and doing the Group Photo at Fontana Dam, and being patient while we rounded up wayward cars. Especially the 3 Kims making their almost-grand entrance!!
Location: “Soon as the light turns green, let’s see what this baby can do.”
Just wanted to add a BIG THANKS to Killboy for taking our group photo and also to Ron and Nancy with Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap and Cherohala Skyway, Graham Co, NC for the videos MrToy won. I took home two and he took the other two and I've only watched a little of one and WOW they are great! They are offered on their website, so if you haven't seen them I highly recommend them. Great photography and commentary on our "beloved" dragon!!!
