A group of our Club members met with the Sales Manager of the Holiday Inn West. After going everything with her, we are leaning in the direction of holding our meeting there.
This hotel has 153 rooms,do you think it would be possible to fill it up with Solstices and Skys? It would be great if we as a group were the only ones in the hotel.
This hotel is located on the Intercoastal Waterway. The new Hard Rock Theme Park is currently under construction adjacent to the hotel with a scheduled opening for spring of 2008.
As soon as we finalize the details and have a contact, we will post firm dates, room rates, and registration costs.
Joe and I have a little bet go on.He thinks we are going to have a hand time getting 100 cars to come and me I think it going to be more like 150 to 200 cars. Help guys lets show Joe we can do it.

We are waiting for our logo to come back. We enlisted one of our local high school art class to come up with our logo for this event. Hopefully we will get a winner. When we get that back we will post the registrations fee's along with our T- shirt design. At that time we will also post the itinerary, food and beverage menu. We are still working on a few more surprises.

Don't quite understand, "rates are good from 4/21 - 4/27". Is that '08? And Does 'cut off date' mean what I think, that reservations must be made before then? Just need to make sure I ubderstand everything.

Rusty, the rates are for 2009. The hotel offered us the discount rate for the whole week so that anyone who wishes to make a vacation of it will receive the discount rate.
The cutoff date of 1-1-09 is to reserve the entire hotel for us. If we can manage to fill it by then we will be the only occupants.
