Hey, everybody!

Just wanted ro bump this thread with the menus we have worked out with Fontana for this year's event.

Thursday night Meet and Greet will be in the Carolina Room, where we had dinner last year. Time will be 6:30 to 9:00. Also instead of the finger food like last year this year we'll have real food!

Sliced Ham
Sliced Turkey
Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Cheese, Mayo, Mustard
Assorted Breads
Macaroni Salad
Potato Chips
Fruit Salad
Apple Pie
Tea, Coffee, Water

Saturday night Dinner will be back in the Carolina Room 7:00-9:00

Our menu this year consists of:

Hickory Smoked BBQ Pork
Applewood Smoked Chicken
Home-Style Cole Slaw
Mixed Green Salad
Roasted Rosmary Potatoes
Fresh Mixed Vegetable Medley
Banana Pudding
Chocolate Cream Pie
Rolls w/Butter
Coffee, Tea, Water

Are the meals pre-pay and if so have you assigned a $$$ value to them yet.

I know it is still 7 months away but if you stick the thought in everybody's head
some people might pay REAL EARLY !!!

These meals will be included in the Event Fee, which we will announce ASAP.

Just have a few more expenditures to factor in.
