Dragon Tubing Run INFO

Ok slayers, here is the plan so far for the Saturday Tubing run. We will have the drivers meet @ 9:30 (FONTANA TIME) and leave the resort no later than 9:45. We will be Tubing @ River Rage Tubing in Townsend, TN Welcome to River Rage! The drive should take about an hour and 15 min running through the dragon and possibly some side roads. The cost per person will be $6 for all day tubing and lunch will be offered there @ Little River BBQ for $5 for a small or $7 for a large BBQ sandwich of any kind(pork, beef, chicken), one side order (french fries, slaw, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob) and one soft drink. The Rafting trip will take about 1hr and 15 min to complete and end back at River Rage.

We will be collecting the $6pp tubing fee @ checking time and the meal option if you are eating at Little River BBQ.

Remember to bring Towel(s), Sunscreen, waterproof camera, water guns

etc …….

I just wanted to thank Chip and Tasha for organizing this. We had a great time (I was a first time tuber) and I would definitely do this again next year. It was a great group to be with and despite a few cuts and bruises I think we all had a good time. Thanks again for a great idea...

, i just wish the camera had survived the adventure so we could show the pics (taken by the river)

but there was another camera so hopefully we will still get some pics up.

Our camera should get downloaded this evening and I will most likely have to have some step by step instructions for putting them on the site - HINT, HINT.

Did I ever tell anybody I HATE Computeres. I can't even get the photos attached to the email from Pursuit. If either of you would give me an address I will put them on a disc, ICAN do that, and send it to you.

Yes I would like to thank Chip and Tasha as well I think we all had a great time! I have ordered a new camera (with a floating strap!) to replace the one that's in the river! Also I would like to thank all my friends

who helped me after I hurt my knee getting out of the river. I have been to the doc and my ACL and Lateral meniscus are torn

. I am scheduled for surgery on 9/9/09. Thanks again for all my helpers ...you know who you are! Hopefully I will be back on the road before too long. I have been unable to drive since 8/8/09! I MISS MY SKY!!!!!!!!!

when I will get to drive again.....
