possible diy seat clinic at SEM

Just wanted to throw this up and see who's interested. KYGXP will have to chime in as well b/c I don't know how the parking, etc will be set up for this years meet.

Anyway, I've been asked by a few guys to do seat repair for the saggy leather at SEM this year. I was thinking that it would probably be easier to hold a seminar where everybody works on their own seat and I instruct at the front with an example seat. The only cost would be for materials on your seat. You would have to do the labor yourself.

Anyway, just wanted to see if anybody would actually go through with this as it's possible for me to fix a few seats but definitely not enough time to fix as many as have been asking.

Anybody interested please add your name to this thread. JPM rocks.

Yes, please add your name if you're interested. I've talked to Kim (KYGXP) and she said there was plenty of room to do this if people are interested. If I don't get at least five or so people then it's not worth it to hold the DIY as an event.

I'm in also. Since this will probably be on Saturday, and there will be detail clinics etc going on starting at 3 pm. Only issue I have is I'm tied up at 3 since I'll be doing Garage door opening mods. How long will the task take per seat, I want to do both. Can we start after lunch, say 1 PM?

If removing the passenger seat, how do we reset/zero the seat for the airbag?

Driver's side only. The passenger side is built differently and can't be changed like this. I'll go over instructions on how to help the passenger side but won't demonstrate.
