I gave a particular dealership a "second chance" after vowing never to return due to poor service before, only because 1) they were the only dealership to get my Envious in 2005 and 2) they opened a brand new "state of the art" maintenance facility.

Since then, they have damaged my car no less than three times by not following the special lifting procedures published by GM for the Solstice......even though I remind my service advisor about that specific procedure every time I drop it off for its scheduled maintenance.

I live in Mandarin and work at the beach, so something between those areas would be preferred, but as I look for online reviews of local service facilities, I am not getting a positive vibe at all.

I know Coggin Pontiac at Regency had a good reputation in 2006, but it is a little out of my way, and I heard the guys who really knew what they were doing have moved on.

Any suggestions?

I have been dealing with Coggin over at regency. My service person is Renee and she has taken care of all of issues and my girlfriends too (she has a sol as well). I have been going there for about 18 months now and never had a problem.

You could try the Saturn dealer on Phillips past the Avenues Mall.

2008 Mysterious GXP

I recently had service done in Green Cove Springs and they did a good job. I live in Orange Park so Regency is out of my way. There is also the Pontiac dealership on Blanding. I am guessing that the dealership you did not name is off 9A and Philips Avenue? since it would be between Mandarin and the beaches. Let me know if you find a dealership that can really be trusted.
