The first thread was getting pretty long 8,732 views / 297 replies and alot of information so I thought I would start a fresh thread. I was not able to edit the orginal information and I want everyone to have the most current stuff.

I want to thank everyone who is helping me with this:

I still need volunteers to help with the runs JRinKY is mapping out. We will be doing several planning runs and we are wanting to offer at least 5 diff. runs but we need a few people to step up to lead and sweep. There is gona be something for everyone from hot shoes with serious twisties to nice rollin curves.

If you have any ideas that you want to suggest or anything you can get for us to Raffle or as a Door prize please let me know.

I know of one forum member who received the group rate for the night before and the night after. Has anyone else received this rate?

I received some Travel Guides today on Kentucky. If anyone would like me to mail ya one let me know. It is a nice book and it has alot of great information and would be nice to have if you are coming in early for some site seeing. I am taking the entire week off and if there is interest I can make some plans for the night before....

I did!

$85/night for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

But if you're talking about Wednesday and Sunday, then I didn't book those.

Do you have a daily schedule sketched out yet? I have to decide whether to arrive on Thursday night or Friday night. It depends on what is planned for Friday.

I just pm'd ya...

I have a pre-schedule done nothing in stone..... Lots of runs for Friday.... 5-6 runs to choose from.....

There are several people coming in early and depending how many and what times I hope to do a quick run on Thursday and dinner that night.....

I know also if you call to reserve your room they are honoring the night before and the night after...... At least thats what I have been told...

I think the Aug 21-24 needs to be smaller if you want to know what the white shawdow is At first glance it looked like white blotches but then I realized it supposed to be the KY state outline.

On the web site, could you put up a page that has the daily schedule of events?

I agree that the dates need to be smaller.... I will mention that to her.... Yes I am waiting until I hear back from the Castle on the date and time of the Group Picture.... I will put a tenative schedule just for information.

Good idea on the 2008 I didnt even realize it wasnt on there.... This is why I wanted others to look at it.....

Jerry is in charge of ordering the shirts and I am not sure what types he can get.... I will pm him to see....
