I'll be in that area at least once this weekend, I'll take another look.

I need to know who is planning on coming in early so I can get some dinner plans in place. There are some who are comin in on Tues and some on Wed. Also let me know if you would like to join me on a early run that I will be doing to place flags out for the RC.... I would love the company...... I am taking the entire week out for my vacation so please let me know.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are planning some group photos for solli's 2009 Western Theme Calandar....

Everyone needs to bring their cowboy hats and other items that could be used. I know that there is a costume rental place down the road from the hotel and we could make a run over there..... Still looking at a place that can hold our cars that has a western look even better if we could get a few horses. I am gona check out the Kentucky Horse Park...... Maybe after the Mod clinic's and Mod Scrable but before dinner...... We could take a drive real quick..... How does that sound to everyone......

Less than 1 Month to go before deadline of July 1st.... I need to give the Hotel a head count.... and pay the Bill's.......

There will be a $10.00 Late fee imposed after July 1st to cover changes to the count.... so please get those Registrations, Wavier and Fees in ASAP....

This is gona be a blast..... Out of the 87 cars that signed up only 47 have sent their fees in.....


Where is everyone???????
