I have boxes of Kentucky Tour Books and also Kentucky Maps that the State sent to me. If you are traveling in early or if you would just like to have please let me know and I will mail you one of each... Lots of great information....
For those of you going to the Dragon I will have Registration and Wavier Forms with me you can fill out there.
Thanks, JRinKY is taking care of mapping the runs and has told me that even I will be able to lead one... The details are gona be good so if ya havent driven the road it shouldnt be a problem........ The closer we get to spring we will be doing planning runs on Sundays. I will post so those who want to help lead or even sweep might be able to join us...... I for one am looking forward to driving them all ......
Go ahead and get registered on the website, mail wavier with fees before ya get busy with all the other runs. The first 50 get an extra item that you can-not buy at the meet. Right now there is 18 paid out of 80 registered, so you can still get in on the special offer.
I do not know if I was dreaming or not but was there some mention of going elsewhere in KN to attend a Concour? If so, how far from the Southeastern event hotel is it, what day(s), can we sign up to enter and how will it be judged, IE, is it concour judging and are there different levels, IE, wash and shine, full concour, etc?
Also, if you need some of us to come early or stay extra days to assist in getting everything done before or after, please let me know so I can plan on helping.
Thanks for your response and thanks for doing a great job in organizing this Southeastern event.

I had planned to hold this during the Concour in Lexington which is held the same weekend but this year after I had everything set up they announced that the Concour will be held a month before......
For those who are coming early, I am planning a few pre runs and dinners. I am taking the entire week before off to get ready and can use assistance in bringing stuff over from my house to the hotel, getting packets ready and a few people to help with the Reg. table on Thursday......
Just want everyone to know that I will have Registration and Wavier Sheets with me at the Dragon this year and I will be doing a presentation on the Meet during the Dinner. I will also have some Kentucky Travel Guides and Maps as well.....
I am still needing some volunteers to help with the Runs we are plannin....
The more lead cars we have the more runs we can have.....
Here is a pic of some of the Door Prizes I have received from various People and Companies..... Not all of them.... Have to keep some things as a surprize.....
