JRinKY is taking care of the Run Routes and we are planning to have several planning runs between now and August..... Your planning of T2TR was GREAT.... I was able to leave with lots of great ideas... such as breaking up in groups of 6-7 cars... and leaving 5-10 mins apart.... Most of the Runs will be 2-3 hours long except for the Natural Bridge Run which will be about 5 hours doing the back one lane roads and a one lane tunnel.

I am so excited that you will be joining us here in Kentucky..... We have wonderful roads I just hope that you have as much fun as I did in Ohio.... I can not thank ya enough... Even with the rain the roads were great and the Rootie I had was yummy..

We need still need Road Captins for our runs. We are wanting to offer several different types of runs so that everyone can choose a run to their style.... We need at least 4 -5 more People Types to step up and make this a great event.....
I am making a practice run on Saturday, May the 10th if anyone wants to join me. So far it is a crowd of 1. We will also be making more practice runs throughout the summer, on a pretty flexible schedule. If there is a day anyone would like to go driving, post here or PM, we'll see how it fits.

he is doing several local runs to finalize the routes for us.... I am unable to go to this one Sat.... Unless I give several weeks notice Sat's are bad for me .... I need to work....
The road captains will come down in July unless RC's want to come down for these.... We will be doing several during June and July..... With the final Runs in July early August...
We are wanting all Road Captains to drive the Route's but unless we get more RC's we will be limited to the number of Runs offered.
If there is anyone (other than the ones I have listed) that would like to step up as a RC please let me or JRinKY know so we can offer several runs to choose from.....
druid-2 : last i heard I was to be down there for 07-19
I will not be available from 4 July to 25 July. We have a major installation going on at work, and my time will be totally committed to that.
I don't know what arrangements you and Kim have made, and you don't really need me to do the practice runs anyway, so my availability may not have any impact.

We have only 36 cars that are Registered and Paid and we have 89 cars signed up. I havent received any lately so dont let the time slip by.
I will be at the T2TR and I will have Registration and Wavier forms with me and I can accept cash or check at that time for those who might find that easier.
August is just around the corner and the last day to have those fee's into me is postmarked July 1st. This is so I can pay the Hotel for our Dinner.

Come on and join us in Kentucky for some great twisties..... I am trying to arrange a Tour of a few Horse Farms in the area for those that might want to sight see a little. If there is anything that you would like to have included in please let me know....

I just completed the registration and PayPal .... see you in August ... and made my reservations at the Holiday Inn
Which day of those weekends is better for you, and which day ? Kim prefers Sundays.
I will most likely be driving both weekends, and possibly both days of each, so we might as well work to your schedule.
As long as I have 3 weeks notice I can drive Sat or Sunday.... It is only because I schedule myself off every Sunday.... It is not because I perfer it......... I will put down to have both of those weekends off so that I can drive either day....
06-14 & 06-21 work fine for me due to enough time to get it off......
So come on down druid-2 and any other Road Captains that would like to join us....
Since the 15th is Fathers Day.... lets plan on 6-21 and its ok that we do a Sat since I have enough time in advance...... so I approved that Sat off.....
That way it is easier for you coming down from Ohio.... you are driving the longest distance....
