Interesting, I know I didn't sign up for that. Somehow I just knew I would be involved anyway! I'm looking forward to it. I can't wait to see everyone again! Is it August yet?

P.S. Will I be showing skin because I'll need to stop drinking beer and start working out now!

Zip Line

Much to my surprise, my wife has agreed to try this - so, put she and I down for the zip line!

Since we are still getting interest in the Zipline, I need a total headcount for the reservation. There is a maximum # for a time slot and I know of one other group of 14 at 11 a.m.

By ny reckoning, we have about 32 zipping- could I get a confirmation, please, oh list writer?

Thanks

I brought my laptop to work with me today so that I can work on the many lists that I have.... Give me a little while to completely review all forums and my email but I think that the list is pretty up to date.....

Oh and thanks for stepping up and helping me with this I appreciate it.

Seriously...I will probably get really dizzy and come close to passing out on the tower. I'm that bad with this stuff.

I'll be fine after the first one. It's that first one that I'll have a lot of trouble with.

Zipline lunch consensus

Okay, we will be leaving from the General Store area at ~ 8 a.m. (so the biscuits at the bar sounds perfect for breakfast) and anticipate arrival at Zipline by 10:15. Finalizing the paperwork/payments and we should get to actually start our 11 o'clock appointment close to 10:30. (Now that our group numbers rhree dozen, we will be broken into 2 or 3 parts.) It may be reasonable to expect the zipping to take until ~2:00 to get everyone through the course.

Options for "lunch":

Bring fruit/snacks to tide you over from breakfast until banquet;

Since Kim suggested to me that "fast food" may be the best "lunch" option, I have found a place with plenty of parking and numerous choices (and cheap) and clean!- about 15 min. from zip place;

And the ever popular.... fasting-to-keep-from-puking-on-the-next-set-of-twisties-prior-to-the-dragon!

Thoughts, please.

I'm gonna say whatever is the easiest to get everyone in and out of. If that's the onsite pizza thing or the box lunch...fine by me.

Remember that you'll need lots of food to fill that completely empty stomach after the zip-line run.
