They have a lot of great runs all year.

Heh, heh. I've already invited the "lady" to join us in the Dells next year.

. . . and you can count us in for the Galena run, too!

It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

Yes it is.

This summer has been busier than I anticipated.

This event will probably take place on Memorial day
weekend of 2009.

The fall is a very busy time in Galena
and hotels get booked up early.

I really wanted to do this this Fall but ran out of time.
My apologies to those who have been waiting.

Thanks for getting back, you know your right about being busy in Galena in the fall. We did a run ourselfs to Galena Saturday 10/11....it was a zoo...but a perfect day. From there we went to Platteville Wi (we went to college there) had our favorite pizza and came home.

Next year sounds great

That route is sort of in my old neck of the woods. I so wish I could go with you fine folks.

I spent many drunk weekends at Platteville. Plus, my wife went to school at Platteville.

One of these days I am just going to get in my sol and head to Wisconsin/Illinois border.
