OK, so you wanna try for Old Stage to Seneca. We'll drop down and hit Dupont Road. Looks like it's only exciting to the factory and I like that little loop on the way back.
What about the Cows and Corn tour past Wrigley Field South? Take it again, or try Illinois State Park instead? I'll have to pull some maps for all that, because I can't remember exactly what I did. In all it will be a shorter run since we can go straight through on Route 71.
Then I assume we'll take 178 north to Route 6 and head east to the Connection.
I don't know about Illini State Park I can check it out tomorrow night but some of the roads in there are about 2 inches above water level, without any flooding issues

Sounds like a good plan, for anyone interested I intend to arrive at the truck stop ("R" place) no later than 10:45, and am hoping everyone will be arriving around 11:00, and we can leave no later than 11:30, everyone please post here or send me a message to confirm your coming so we all know to wait if your a little late

We did a little more scouting and discovered a nice new loop through Illini State Park! Thanks Rusty! Glad we tried that one! We just need to find a road that gets us back so we miss the Cows/Corn/Wrigley Southwest portion of the Route and we'd have us a really nice run!
I should have waited for that Expedition to go through on Route 71. Would have made the hill climbs a bit more fun. Although we would have caught him after the 1st one so it probably would have made no difference!
The Ragin Cajun lived up to expectations today! Thought he was going to haul Jerry on out!!!
