I'm not sure how many are doing it on Sunday. I know at least several of us are in it only for Saturday. But I recall that at least one Kappa intends to be there Sunday.

There were only 8 club spots on Sunday, and I think it's a normal 18 car day. Beware of Z06s.

F.Y.I. those coming from the East stay on 138 or 18 from the 15 because El Mirage Rd/Avenue P from Sheep Creek Rd to just west of El Mirage is all dirt. They just started repaving it this week and it's a clusterF right now.

Personally depending on how late everyone is in on Friday night I would suggest eating at
Texas Cattle Company in Lancaster.
They do not have TV's to watch, but they do have great food with hands down the best restaurant burgers in the area.

Texas Cattle Company
44206 10th St W
Lancaster, ca 93534
661-948-3927

Or
In-N-Out burger
It has a large parking lot in Lancaster next to the freeway and Avenue I.

Also we have a BJs in Palmdale at the AV Mall and other places, but they are all PACKED from 5-8PM 7 days a week.

Last I heard, all of the slots were taken. Maybe there's been a cancellation. Can't hurt to call. Price was $265 for the day. That includes classroom training and track time. Here is a number to call.

You might also try Googling Danny McKeever's Fast Lane Driving School to see if there might be any last minute cancellations or no-shows.

Oh, and BTW let us know what everyone decides.

Texas Cattle Co. actually has a special area for parties so if it's the place someone needs to call ahead and reserve the room.

And for later friday night fun there is only 1 club in the area. Schooners. It's a burger dive/bar/night club and rocks house and R&B with a large dance floor.

Ya,more people eating it in the chicane
I'll keep it slow for you Carpe

Hey it looks loke my sisters family will be there to watch.Maybe I can get them to do some video and keep lap times

Let the trash talk begin... Ya'll placin bets Friday night on how many times I get lapped. Hey, don't you owe Pam some head, uh, covers.? Man, that would be awesome if you could get some pics or vids of Kappas through the back half. I love to see our cars slice through the chicane and esses.
