Just purchased my 2006 Aggressive Solstice March 30th and my wife and I just got back from our first trip in her. We stayed at the J. Patrick House in Cambria from Friday - Sunday. Yesterday after doing some shopping in Cambria we decided to take a drive on Hwy 1, and we were so excited to get a wonderful greeting from a long line of Solstice/Sky owners. We were excited and jealous at the same time. We are excited to join WCKCC, and hopefully next time we will be going in the same direction. FYI we are from Bakersfield CA, I don't know if there are any WCKCC members from Bakersfield, but if so we look forward to meeting you.
Seeing as it was my first post I don't know if I did it right, but I don't see it here so I am going to re-post it. I apologize if this is a duplicate, won't happen again.
I recently purchased my 2006 Aggressive Solstice and my wife and I took our first trip in her this last weekend (just got back actually) we stayed at the J. Patrick House B&B in Cambria. Yesterday after doing some shopping we decided to take a drive on Hwy 1 and were greeting with a long line of waves (and horns) from parade of fellow Kappa owners. We were excited and at the same time disapointed that we weren't apart of the line.
We are excited to hopefully become members of WCKCC. I visited your website and I hope with no offense to the creator of the current page as a software developer who has some experience with web page and graphic design, I would be honored to be able to design a website that would be a little more aesthetically pleasing as part of my contribution to the club.
Thanks for a fantastic weekend Sal and Dorothy!
I had a great time! Dinner Friday night was excellent. I didn't know you were such a great cook. Tell your Dad he makes a mean sausage and Dorothy was the perfect hostess, her hard work did not go unnoticed. You both made us all feel welcomed in your beautiful home.
You could not have planned for a better weekend than we had Sal. The weather as you said was, exceptional. The skies were clear, the wild flowers were everywhere, the roads were twisty, and I thouroghly enjoyed meeting everyone who attended! How did we get so lucky? With each run I attend, I feel our group is more and more like family. Corny...maybe but true.
I also heard a few ideas floating around for some future events that sounded really cool.
I had a great time yesterday on the drive. Sal and the club did a great job of organizing everything was perfect. Everyone was super cool and friendly.
Here are a few of my pix along with the link to the rest of them and you'll know why I am not photographer.

Hi LukeJJones!
Welcome to the forum. The next events are coming up pretty quick, and many of them are in your neck of the woods.

Hey Luke,
Were you the red Sol heading north just out side of San Simeon? Either way,
Welcome!
We have a trip to Yosemite on May 3rd, hope we can see you there.
Did anyone driving a Sky stay at the San Simeon Pines Motel in Cambria this weekend? Loaned my Cool GXP to my son and daughter in law for the weekend and someone left a West Coast Kappa Club card under the windshield.

Thanks for the recruiting efforts.
Yes, PDLounge, (Paul and Tracie) stayed in San Simeon after our meet Saturday. I know Le Chief was going to hit up Hearst Castle Sunday. It might have been him.
Sorry you could not make this meet Rus. Hope you can make Yosemite.
