Wife off to a wedding so will join the group--rather not watch TV at home by myself.

Not been to a drive in for a very long time--have they improved the technology with respect to listening to the sound? No more tinny sound from a speaker box you hang on your car window to something that my tie into your car stereo--possibly via an open spot on your FM?

We went last night in Texas. We could also watch fireworks from 2 small towns 10 miles east & west of us. They use the entire screen so think about that when you park if you are tall. The 2nd row worked fine for me. This morning I need to check for errant junior mints & pop-corn. Wall-e & Kung fu panda were both good (Pixar) FM radio >>no speaker box. Don't forget to check for junior mints afterwards. Enjoy!
