Since this has been linked to as a tip to remove badges, I thought I'd throw my technique in. Regular old lighter fluid is a great adhesive solvent. A few drops on the edge of the foam where it touches the body, then use the dental floss. As it evaporates pretty fast, drip it on the edges as you work. Take your time and you will even be able to put the badge back on if you ever want to!

I use lighter fluid to remove adhesive residue from photos too.

How to remove the GXP's steering wheel center badge?
A Bia....tch pulled right out in front without yeilding RoW. I hit brakes & my
horn simultaneously and prevented the collision. She shot me the fingerlike she owned the road! Anyway, now my "badge" is dented in-ward from my palm. What to do?
