OK...Photobucket is starting to piss me off.
I've taken all photos down, and uploaded again. the thumbnails look like the old files, sometimes when I click on one it's the new file, and sometimes the old file. Tried the Ctrl-F5 to clear my cache, didn't do a thing. But all the changes have been made and hopefully prior to printing Photobucket get's it poop in a group and you all can see.

If anybody who is going to the Vernon run is looking for a cold air intake, I have a used GM cold air intake system for $200. In new condition, if anybody wants it PM me and I will bring it to Vernon or ship it to you.

Sol-Seeker oughta know, she told me about that a while ago. I think she picked some place near Langley i think, so we will all meet up there, grab a coffee/donut and then figure out who is going which way (we might have two groups going on different routes).

Sol-Seeker might still be on vacation in her westy, but I am sure she will reply or check in here before the day we leave.

P.S. I will be away July 16th to July 30th on my own road trip, so sorry if I don't reply or post in between then.

She stated earlier that it would be at the 200th street exit in Langley, but she didn't say exactly where. I believe there is a Tim Hortons at that exit as well as a few more places, (North side of the freeway) That'd be my guess.

That could be right since Lorraine is a connoisseur of Timmy Ho's, I think she likes their coffee more than Starbucks.

I'm back!

There is a nice big free-standing Starbucks at the 200th Street exist to Hwy #1...it's on the south side of the highway, east side of 200th Street that would serve us well. It's easy to spot from 200th and room for all of us.

I think we may be picking up others in Chilliwack....and my cell # is 604-220-8019 for that morning.

Had a great time in the Westy, MAN are the mosquitos bad this time of year. "Lost" a girlfriend, she cracked up her knee dirtbiking and had to be airlifted out....but we had a great time.

The Westy was a blast to drive again, but when I got home into my car it was heaven.

On the way home passed a cop. I was going 90 in a 50 zone...should have been a $360 fine but he gave me a ticket for $196. Crikes....was glad I passed him on the straight stretch, and glad he didn't see me in the twisties leading up to it!!!

Oops.....

I sent payment end of June which was cashed but I have not got tickets. Do they mail out tickets or just have your name registered? Others here have listed which # they have so I am confused. I look forward to meeting everyone

My tickets were mailed to me quite promptly. Either the fellow running the event is swamped and they'll still arrive, or he'll have them for you on site. There is an e-mail address on the website, you could always send him an e-mail asking if he received your payment.

Everyone from the Lower Mainland, the route is set - we'll be taking the Coquihalla and then through Kelowna....up to King-Oka's place to wash up and head to the show. I have prepared a document containing detailed directions, addresses (including for car washes), hotel.....cell #'s.....and a nice map. Once Psycho-Squirrel is back I'll have him upload so everyone can print out prior to the trip.

Any suggestions for this document PM me. I was very detailed just in case anyone got lost or sidetracked, they'd be able to hook up with the group at any point in the weekend.

Don't forget your western stuff.....for the pic at the O'Keefe Ranch. We DO want to be in next year's calendar!!!!!

This is going to be an amazing trip and I look forward to meeting our buddies from the east!
