A week and one day!!!!! Woo hoo!!! Don't forget your show paperwork, $10 toll for the Coquihalla.....western gear for the photo shoot.

Details itinerary and directions are complete, waiting for King Oka to give his final blessing, then we'll post on this thread. You will all be able to print and have on-hand before the event, complete with maps and cell #'s in case of inadvertent separation from the group.

The itinerary has several different options for people during the weekend and contains information on all side trips so that everyone can attend the events that they want to, and re-connect with the group at any point in the weekend.

Xtrememedic solved my problem of where to pack a cowboy hat for top down travel....it's going to be affixed to the waterfall area of the cockpit in between the two seats. I'll duct tape it there if I have to!!!!!!!!

My listing of people attending are as follows;

B.C.
Sol-Seeker Lorraine & Lee, Langley
Psycho Squirrel Brian, Richmond
King-Oka Geoff, Vernon
Salt Spring Sky Gord & Cathy, Salt Spring Island
Doglas Doug & Karen, Delta
Kymbo Kym
Skybright Maria & Gian, Port Coquitlam
Thunder 06 Donna & John, Langley
M Bannon Mike, Victoria
Sky Pilot 22 Al, Chilliwack

Alberta
Leather NAME, Red Deer
Big Guy NAME, Hinton (and Clearwater B.C.)
Brendand Brendan & son Shawn, Calgary
WowWii NAME, Calgary

Did I miss anyone/mess up anyones names??? If I don't have your name on the list kindly send it to me so we know "who" you are! As well as any corrections.

Can't wait to see you all!!! (I'll be the one with the Tim Horton's cup of coffee outside Starbucks........)

I'd like to get a copy of those maps and numbers too please. What time is everyone getting to King Oka's place on the Friday? I'm not sure how clean I'll be able to get my car after the trip there though. Hopefully enough to get the bugs off. It usually takes me a couple of hours to do a cursory clean-up of my car. I'll bring as much detailing products and cloths as I can fit in my car. Hopefully it won't look too bad. Every little smudge and piece of dust shows up on my Deep GXP.

The itinerary and map document is in its final edit stage today, and once it's done I will be asking Psycho-Squirrel to post the document. It will be a PDF so you will need Adobe Acrobat to view.

Stay tuned......all times and activities are listed for everyone to make their own decisions about what they want to do, and will enable them to meet up with the group later in the day if needed.

Document should be up by tomorrow at the latest. Then you can print in colour and we're done!!!

Am detailing the car this weekend, then it will only need a quick wash once we arrive at King-Oka's place. Cars can enter the show from 3pm onwards, but we should arrive as a group to ensure we are all placed together. Cell #'s will be included in this document and if you are going to be arriving late, then definitely call one of us to let us know where you're at.

I thought WowWii was doing little cardboard cards for our dashboards, but NO - we have a collection of plastic corrigated plackards. These will look great in our cars - either on the front and back windows or on the side windows. Talk about polished looking - these are awesome. The rest of the show won't know what hit 'em.

Thanks WowWii!

Well it's the final week before we leave for Vernon. I pre-detailed the car on the weekend and she looks purty. Last weekend Lee and I were playing pool at the pub, and we was beating me steadily. Then he said "okay, this next game is for whatever the winner wants". So I beat him. Guess who's waxing my car this Thursday night before Vernon!!!

I'm just putting the final details on the itinerary, will be up VERY SOON......my cell went through the wash on the weekend so I'm working on getting that up and running as well.

Woo hoo - bring sunscreen!!!

I plan on leaving from Calgary around 6-7am on Friday

I'm sure the Turbo and SC would be able to keep up

I'd like to post the Langley - Vernon itinerary document, and Psycho-Squirrel isn't answering his e-mail today. He's probably driving around in the sunshine with the top down.

Does anyone have posting privileges, and if you do, I can e-mail the document to a private e-mail address (Hotmail/Yahoo?) and we can get it up on the site for everyone to print out.

Send me a pm with your private e-mail if you can assist!
