So sorry to hear that you were caught WowWii ! I hope the constable wasn't too hard on you. Thanks again for coming out, and for dinner Saturday. Your shots and Skybright's are great. I'll post some of my pics in a day or two.
I spent the day in Polson Park at the show again today. It was nowhere near as much fun without all of you folks.
Please -everyone - keep in touch. It was so great having you all here.
Three cheers to Geoff for arranging all the activities for us! It was such a BLAST!!! My son and I haven't stopped talking about it since we got home! Thanks so much Geoff. Your hospitality and kindness was appreciated by everyone there for sure.
Sorry we missed final good byes with you all at the Denny's in the morning. We were already in the car and ready to go at 9, we just figured we would head out. Had a chance to say good-bye to a couple of you anyway.
Those pics are great Wow Wii and SkyBright! We'll get ours posted soon. Glad I wasn't following you this time Wow Wii. Saw a few cops and one laser radar station setup, but they were for the other side of the road... phew!
I'm really looking forward to seeing the rest of the pics from everyone else.
We took a rather leisurely drive home today so we could stop off at a few places on the way. Went across the suspension bridge somewhere near Revelstoke. That was pretty cool. Then stopped in at Banff to ride the gondola.
I'm so happy we got to meet all of you. My son Shawn had very high praise for all of you. You were all so nice to him. Thank you for that!
Definitely the highlight of the weekend I think was the run to and from the Arrowhead Winery. What a blast that was!!!! Those steep hairpin turns were awesome!
Here's to next year. And hopefully the weather will cooperate with us next time.

Anyone can upload their own pictures to this gallery if they'd like. There's a download button that will let you download the original images to your own hard drive. So if everyone were to upload their images to this gallery, then we could all easily download a copy of all the pictures in one go.
Oh, some of these pictures are from our iPhones, so the quality and file size won't be up to par with those from our digital camera. We unfortunately ran out of memory on our digital camera and since I didn't bring my laptop with me, I couldn't download the pictures and clear the memory.
Thanks!

The guy in the Vette was probably laughing and thinking he was lucky this time. Hope the ticket wasn't as big as it could have been!
It was a great weekend and thanks to the guy's who drove from Calgary, Red Deer and the lower mainland. I think we all a blast. Imagine what the people on the highway between Kelowna and Vernon must have thought when 12 Kappa's are zigging in and out passing them at 120 km/h. Good thing the cops were at Tim's.
Hi all, a big thank-you to everyone who helped to organize this fabulous weekend and for all who came out for the event. We had such a great time and can't wait to do a run again! It was fun getting to meet you all and learn a little about you. A great group of people.
On the way home we enjoyed our drive through Falkland and stopped at the Othello Tunnels in Hope before the last stretch home. Even had the added bonus of catching a little snippet of the Snowbirds flying above us through Abbotsford as it was airshow weekend and we were topless. We will post our pic's soon. We have enjoyed viewing all of your pic's so -far.
After I saw the photos Shawn took, I said nearly the same thing to him. He did a great job! I'm very proud of him.

Thanks again Geoff and Bev for organizing a great week-end that even the weather couldn't spoil. Was great meeting everyone and a blast driving with them. Had a flash of lights and a warning wave on the way home, but otherwise an uneventful trip back. Looking forward to next year and seeing your supercharged ride.
Hi everyone - A great weekend! It was fun to meet everyone and see all the other Kappas. Many thanks to Geoff and Bev for organizing everything.
I made it home to Victoria on Monday afternoon after spending Sunday night in Vancouver. I lost John and Brian after Merritt. I guess I'm not such a speed demon! On the other hand, I can't post a picture with the RCMP like WoWWii did.
