Hi all,

Can anyone who has installed the DDM 4-pot brake upgrade give me a test report as to how they are working? That is my last major upgrade for the next month or so. There looks to be two other upgrades other than DDM, but they are pretty pricey. When I had my business several years ago, I used Tarox disks, which were slotted, or grooved as they called it, but they aren't making one for this car as of yet. I also used Brembo, which were good too, but I don't want cross-drilled. I have dealt with a lot of Euro cars in the past and the slotted, or grooved work best for me. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all,

Howster

Howster ,

Most of the upgrade Kits that have shipped are on sky's
, So you may want to ask for a report on the Sky forum.

I really like mine!!!

Also, we just got Red ones back in stock

Hey Randy,

Dave has a black set I am getting from you guys. I was just trying to get some feedback. I will see what the Sky folk have to say. I think he is sending me the Pro Beam tomorrow if they are ready. Thanks for the update.

I drove Randy's car one time while I was down there and the first words out of my mouth were, "Holy $h1t your car has pedal feel!!" I couldn't stand how unresponsive the brake pedal was in my Z0K, even with Hawk pads! Randy's brakes felt like a real sports car. Easy modulation and real feedback, the totally dead pedal feel was gone. If I still had my Solstice and felt like running in SM2 I would totally do this upgrade.
