Sorry, the Z0K isn't included in the Service Manual. I have to assume the torque settings are included in the install kit instructions. Maybe if you PM Small Dealer?

From reading posts here on site, I think the Z0K crossmember just includes some or different stiffening material inside.
If so the torque specs should be the same as the only one shown in the service manuals.
Looking at 2006/2007/2008, the 4 support bolts should tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft), the 8 rear control arm reinforcement bolts should tighten to 22 N·m (16 lb ft) .
Is that what you came up with WintR?
Oh yea, the 2 Differential Carrier mounting bolts should tighten to 175 N·m (129 lb ft).

Hate to be a pain, but I'm also installing the Z0K cross brace which mounts to the frame and differential and could use those torque specs as well.

Well, I don't know why you would need to move these: if you disturb the tie rods, the jam nut is 44 lb ft. If you find yourself moving the stabilizer bars, the bolts that attach them to the body are 41 lb ft, and the link nuts are 53 lb ft. And the steering knuckle attachments are, tie rod end nut and upper ball joint nut, 22 lb ft, lower ball joint nut, 30 lb ft.
The ones you have to change: lower shock mounting nuts are 21 lb ft, uppers are 35 lb ft.

Yep. I hope motosolo knows he has to drop the differential to replace the crossmember, though.

Thanks WintR, I think I needed every spec you listed as I had to pull more apart to get the shocks in than expected.
I just finished the cross brace and didn't have to drop the diff, just had to put a jack unit it.
I guess the Service Manual says drop it because it's safer that way. I can't think of any other reason, if you can juggle the brace out without over-stressing the universal (CV) joints in the drive shaft.
