The threads about worthless/cheap performance mods continue to come up every now and then. We have even have had a few new members buy this crap, I thought I would do a quick search on ebay under "Solstice" to show what not to buy:

"creates horsepower by directing the intake air into a "tornado". This is totally stupid and does not work but restricts air flow.

Oxygen sensor voltage regulator, this product does an excellent job of screwing up yourcomputer tuning by regulating the O2 sensor voltage. This kills you gas mileage and prevents you from passing emissions!

This chip regulates the intake temp sensor to fool the engine into thinking it's getting cooler intake temps. The computer adds fuel and timing to make up for the false cooler temps. A couple hundred miles later the computer compensates and goes back to what it should be doing.

The fantastic electric supercharger! This is actually an air pump used to move air out of a boat's engine bay. This won't do anything but prevent good intake airflow. Go to your local dyno shops and stand behind a car at full throttle. Experiencing full exhaust with your face will be a pretty good way to understand why a little electric pump wouldn't do anything for your motor.
By the way, there are good electric superchargers but they only produce 5-6 PSI for a few seconds. They are beginning to use electric superchargers for diesels to help kick start the turbo. These "real" electric superchargers also cost about $5,000 too.
