Looks to me like this is the same thing as a grounding kit. It definitely wouldn't hurt anything on your car, but is not worth the money to me.

A forum member is developing a grounding kit especially for the Solstice. It appears that he is going to be selling it cheaper than other ones seen on the market. Alot cheaper!

For more info, contact UTHarvester. He should have the prototype done in about a week or two.
