Yes, shipped to your door via FedEx. The ring is the chrom ring that goes around the base of the boot. I'll also need the black inner ring that the boot attaches to. You'll have to drive around with the boot floating in the air for about a week until your new boot is mounted and shipped back with the assembly. Production units will already have the inner ring so you should just be able to slip them on. Oh, and the process is completely reversible as long as you don't break anything

Well, yes and no. The stock boot has a seam up front. I might have to duplicate that b/c the inner trim ring leaves space for a seam there. If that's the case, then nothing can be embroidered directly on the front of the boot. I won't know for sure until I get the trim rings to play with.

A chrome lever is possible, but unnecessary as you'll never see it because of the boot.

Can you do the shift boot in gray suede or alcantara, that is what my seat cover centers will be.
