I haven't noticed too many folks opting for the Eibach springs. I'm wanting to do this soon, I think.... Those who have taken the plunge please provide some more feedback. Do you like the ride more/less/same? Steep driveways, speed bumps, railroad tracks, presenting problems? Just plain getting in and out of the car, noticeably more difficult? (only answer if your >40) I can hardly stand the wheel well to tire gap, especially at the rear, but I don't want to give up too much in ride comfort and ability to scoot around without having to worry about bottoming out/scraping the front etc. I've got Eibachs on my Mustang and wouldn't have it any other way but this little roadster is an entirely different animal. Thanks!

SlyFly I hope you dont mind but I'm going to add a question of my own while on the subject.
WHat drop does everyone want to go with?
I think the 2" drop at Gravana is to low for me.
BUt I cant decide if I want the stagerd drop from Kappasphere or the 1.4 front and rear from Gravana. I always like to have the rear a little higher.
I know that both Eibach kits made for Cavaliers and SUnfires made the car look like it was squatting in the rear becasue they dropped more in the rear. ANd I cant begin to explain how much that makes me angry to see.
Ask Old Soldier -- he has done this mod. Saw his car today and it looks great!

Just got back from a run through the Valley of Fire with the Vegas gang and love the ride and control provided by my Eibach lowered springs. I also enjoy the look as well. When parked side-by-side with the other 3 Solstice's you can really tell the difference. I can only compare the feel of driving to my old 914 Porsche as my Soltice tends to squat down when cornering the sharp turns with no drifting or tires braking loose. I'm very happy I did it. It does not bottom out on speed bumps and still has just as nice a ride as before, but I must admit when our four Soltices pulled over onto the dirt and gravel filled parking are for pictures mine was the only one that had dirt showing on it's bumper skirt. Overall I was pleased with my first outing where I could really open her up on some winding and twisting blacktop roads through the desert. Nothing like 70 degrees with the top down!

Did I mention I was trying to keep up with Solitude most of the day!

That was Sol Survivor driving but I am probably just as crazy when I drive. It's just too much fun.... He loves to hit the 35MPH curves at 80MPH
Anyhow, now that we have seen the eibach springs we really like them. Maybe our next mod or the exhaust to go with our CAI.......We really liked your brake calipers too.

I think the drop with the Eibachs is about as perfect as it can get. Any lower and you would have to trim the air dam. The ride is not harsh at all.
I am very happy with the mod. I do hear the dam drag on driveways but that is just flexible rubber with no issues.
Makes for a gorgeous profile.
Make sure that the bump stops are trimmed as per the instructions and also make sure that the 4 wheel alignment is done properly. I found that my dealer ended up being the best place to get the alignment done, not only for price but to ensure that the control arm angle was correct.
Looks like you finally got the wheels, JetBlackE31! They look good. Any difference at all in performance with them installed? Are they any lighter/heavier than the factory wheels?
