Whoops, missed that. I had a long day of driving yesterday, about 700-750 miles.....
Anyway, since you don't have an air box, try loosening the mount and then pushing the pipe inboard. Get someone or something to hold it in place and tighten everything back down. Should wrk....
I am going to try that today but it appears that it will not go too much further and keep the mount by the horn lined up.

I noticed that my front bracket the one that mounts to the front of the car was too low, so mine isn't even connected to the car.
I used the mounting brackets, but that made the gap on the engine side appear to be bigger than it should have been ... for the supplied coupler. The Drivers side went on "like a glove" but the Passengers side seemed like either the coupler, or the pipes were as SB said a little short. I eventually made it work, but it was MUCH harder to do than the drivers side.

Holey crap people . . .
there is plenty of adjustment room built into the mounting parts for the pipes.
I had a problem where the stock through bolt hit the pipe when I torqued it down on the right side. I "adjusted" the tab on the Dejon pipe - bent it with my pliers - and then I put a slight Z bend in the stock mounting sheet metal bit. I torqued down the pipe to mounting arm, left the pipe to intercooler joint loose, then tightned down the vertical mounting stud / nut which drew the intercooler pipe down about the 1/4 inch it needed for clearance. then I tightned up the pipe to intercooler joint and all is fine.
I did a similar modification on the left side pipe to get everything clearanced and lined up the way I wanted it to fit. No problems.
I've had mine on the car for 2 months with no rub....
Ok , check this out ... my factory pipes were rubbing about in the same area.
My new Dejon pipes for some reason sit lower and further forward in the car ( actually had to make a longer connector hose to make it work ) I'll post a picture tomorrow after work.
..... just a thought .... anybody with an automatic (besides me) have these pipes on their car?
I have an automatic with Fujita pipes and had them on there for a year before I noticed the rub so for some reason it just recently started to rub.

I am sure I can fix it, but I just wish I knew before the hood scaped the pipe. Seems like this is a common issue and should be looked into IMHO.

Dejon has a fix for it on their web site, this is their picture.
It is caused by the clearance between the hood bracket, to fix that you have to knotch the airbox right below the pipe.

I run the Fujita CAI and others with the same issue have a CAI too, so it might be another issue involved. I am an old Infantry Soldier, so I will adapt and overcome but just hated seeing the scratch.

After seeing this thread I went out and checked out mine. Sure enough there it was, the bracket that holds on the passenger side hood comes down and hits the intercooler pipe, enough that it is chipping the paint off of my almost chrome pipe.
I'm going to grind down the bracket just so it clears the intercooler pipe, that should keep it from hitting.
Who ever has the Dejon intercooloer pipes need to grind down the bracket or else it will chip the paint off. This is hitting with the air box removed and the Dejon CAI by itself.

picture 1 how long of a coupler it took
picture 2 very close but does not touch
picture 3 stack of washers to make the bracket reach

Had the same problem on the Sky. Dave claimed he had never heard of this happening and was either something wrong with the car or an installation error on my part. I have a Dejon CAI, so no problems with the stock air box. I tried everything.. the washers, pushing the pipe as far down into the I/C coupler as possible, moving things left, right, up, down.. nothing worked. I was worried it would finally wear through the thin aluminum wall and create a bad leak. Dave reluctantly took them back. If you purchased them packaged with the I/C, make sure your refund isn’t minus the entire package discount.

If you are having this issue without the factory airbox, then you need to set the front intercooler pipe farther into the rubber coupler.
