I have 45k on mine....if your cold weather area and a GXP, I would recommend doing the plugs around 35-40k.....Mine has had a "cold - boost that's not there" issue (I think the boost is blowing out the spark) and I've been told it's the plugs. I'm doing them this next week, so I'll let you know!

They are VERY easy to do. Pull the plug wire (coil pack) off the plug, unscrew it, make sure the gap is correct on new plug, a little anti-sieze, make sure its seated properly, screw it down and torque it to spec, press wire down shaft on plug, replace screw holding wire down.....done. About 30 minutes to replace all 4.
I did my Mustang GT and to get the 8th one out on the passenger side was 4 hours!!! I had to remove the fuel regulator (and de-pressurize the fuel system), the bracket holding the fuel regulator and another bracket, then had to use 2 bendable sockets to get it out and in and hope I didn't re-thread the head....awful!!
