Lug nut torque?

Going to paint and decal my brake calipers this week-end.
Perhaps a "dumb" question - what socket to use to remove lug nuts (or standard tire tool?).

Then do the replaced lugnuts need to be torqued? If so, to what?

thanks.

Kept your owner's manual as collateral? Isn't that like a dad saying to his daughter as she leaves for her prom with her date, "If you want your bras back, you'd better be home on time!"
