whats the retail of the westes tune and the turn around time

Check out NASSOA.ORG, prices are posted there in the member area, we can't post them here. NASSOA members get a big discount. Turn around depends, it takes longer to get it there than get it back. He can usually get it back in 3 days once he gets it. It is an International shipment. Or PM me.

where is your location? I'll most likely come down to the mod meet, as I can't mail my daily driver ECU out. Lookin forward to meetin ya bud. Oh, and as a thank you, drinks on me.

OK here is another update. Lyndon is able to get ECMs from him to anywhere in the US overnight with Purolator. So now it is just how fast can you get it to him, he turns them around same day most times. I have a line on a spare ECM. If I can get it. I will test it in my car, then Lyndon can put a tune on it and send it out and you send the old one back to him so the next person can do the same thing. Contact DeepblueGXP on any mod meet info. He has links posted on the thread. If you are in Jersey I can do it in Wall NJ June 13th or 14th I will be there for the Formula Drift with the Red Bull Drift team and the Bridgestone Drift team. GO PONTIAC! GXP and GTO head to head same team RMR.

Very cool, be nice if we could get more than one. He has shipping figured out on his side, this will make things easy. You could have a tune in a day by mail. That is how he has always done my truck.

Can he do anything with the base tune or is this strictly for the GXP ?

He has an excellent tune for the NA. You can send your ECM to him or he can send you a tuned one and you send your old one back. Same prices and deal for NASSOA members. If he sends you one you will have to do a crank relearn, easy to do with a Dashawk. Or the dealer can do it.

I have talked with Lyndon several times in the course of his GXP-tune project. It does take a lot of time and talent to get this to market. From what I've heard it's fantastic for both the N/A and GXP. He even had some good free flow exhausts and a GXP-CAT to do a more specific tune. Good luck LilGoat with helping Lyndon with this. I'm sure he appreciates it very much as his time is limited while running Westers Garage.

Thanks Jeff! You and Lyndon have truly created some amazing products for our cars, I am quite sure the numbers I am seeing are due in no small part to the Solo Street Race and high flow cat on my car. We proved sometime back that the a GXP with the Solo high flow cat and a Magnaflow exhaust dynoed 10 rwhp less. Both cars had the same Westers tune.

In your opinion, is Westers tune better than Vectors. What kind of results can I expect from his tune w/K&N filter and Solo exhaust ? Whats the price again ? Thanks.

You need to PM Lil Goat for pricing since Westers isn't a supporting vendor. If you become a member of the NASSOA, there would be a substantial savings well worth the offset of the membership costs. Westers is a supporting vendor on NASSOA.

OK I'd called and the ECM module is available.
Now does Westers wants to buy it or are we in the forum need to buy it to make it available for the community?.

Thanks for all of your help lil goat. Lyndon said he should have an automatic in the shop soon to work out the kinks in that tune. I can't wait. I called my dealer and they said they can not get any GXP ECM's. I think they might be lying to me but who knows.
