Meguiar's Quik Wax

If any of you here have motorcycles, and are familiar with Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish, then you're going to love Meguiar's Quik Wax. Just read about it in an Auto mag, and decided to check it out, cause I really do not like the wax on wax off ritual of car cleaning and have become spoiled using Honda Spray Polish on my motorcycles. However, don't........repeat DON'T, use Honda Spray Polish on your car, no matter what anyone tells you, or you'll be rubbing for a looooooooong time. haha no fun.

Quik Wax was easy to use and the shine is decent. I would recommend 1 micro fiber cloth for spreading the wax and another for buffing it out. (Wal-Mart sells a bag of 12 micro fiber cloths for $5. They're the orphans from the factory, but they work just like the costlier ones.) It was pretty fast to do the small Solstice. If you're looking for a quick and easy shine, this is the best stuff I've found so far, and I have been looking.

BTW: I bought it at Wal-Mart. Yes, they are the devil store, but they do carry a lot of stuff that some places just don't and I live in a small town, and now I'm done apologizing for shopping at the great satan of consumerism.

If you think that is good..try Meguiar's Ultimate detail Quick spray wax. It's glossy shine blows away the regular Meguiar's Quik wax...as well as the Honda Spray Cleaner and polish....and is just as easy to use. I use it on my Harley...and after every Solstice wash. Try it..you'll like it!

Wal-Mart doesn't carry it... J/K I was using the "Ultimate" stuff as Meguiare's only has the one Qwik Wax as far as I can see....

Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish

You remember this product right? Well, it is still available, but under a different name. Original Bike Spirits... but it is the SAME product and works just as good. Check it out at Original Bike Spirits. Find it at local motorcycle dealers or find out on line.

As long as you're just using it on the car, I don't see a problem.

The local Honda dealer is carrying it again (bought two cans this week). Not sure if it's the exact same formula as the Bike Spirits though.

Yep..it's good stuff. I can never just wash my car off now without spraying it down with Ultimate afterwards. Enhances and restores the glossy shine. Reg waxing...I use NXT 2.0. Also seems to last much longer than the old regular NXT.
