Hey California Solstice guys, I am renting the track near Tracy CA & want to invite those that can come on short notice. This Sunday we will be there all day tearing it up. If you have any questions just email me or call my cell. jasonandrews95337@yahoo.com or 209-204-3917. Fun relaxed event. Lots of beginners looking for tips & experience. Pricing is below. Of course you will need helmets, but the rest is pretty relaxed. Good way to get some experience with your car that you can't do on the streets.

THE DATE:
The date is set. May27th. Gates will open at 9am & we have the place to ourselves all day til dark. We have complete flexability do do what we want.

TIMING:
Stopwatch runs. There may be transponders as well. We are going to have numbers on the cars as well since there are so many that look alike.
We can do differnt types of events & maybe even different track configurations. We will all get a lot of runs so this will be very good for our technical driving skills. We will be flexible since it is our day. I am renting the track so we have the control

PRICE:
Price is $70. Covers you & your car. Guests will be charged $20 by the track. You can hand me Money at the track or paypal it to my account. jason.andrews@activant.com. I am fronting the money for this to get the date.
Food will be purchased that at the concession stand. Good food. I was there last night & the guys all said it was the best track food around & not expensive.

One thing about this track guys is that it is small & the people that run it are WAY cool. They WANT us there so we want to be the best group they have ever had. We can set this up as a regular thing. At least annual or maybe a spring/fall thing. Who knows.

Here are track details:

Look at both ovals & the weird stuff in between. It can be configured many different ways.

Dude!!!!

I would've love to go but this is LITERALLY last minute, for me at least! Because of the holiday weekend, already got plans. Maybe if you can schedule another time to go to the track? I'm sure you'll get more responses including myself. But you need to give us more time in advance to juggle our busy weekend schedules. Set it up in advance and we'll get more people there. Tracy is pretty local to me and others in the Bay Area I'm sure. Can you rent helmets there? Thanks for the invite though.
