I was wondering when you were going to show off your rear bumper for them. It looks great in person. Unfortunately all my pics from the pits were too dark to show the diffuser off well.

I was there when Ryan did the bunny hop, it was even more impressive in person and the rear looked GREAT! I was so happy Ryan did so well this year.

No Ryan is sponsored by Maxxis, Good Year is not involved in Drift racing, and as you get maybe 5 runs from a set of tires a tire sponsor is kind of important.

Thanks lil goat, is just that the thread on that tire looks so close to the GY GS-D3's.

Maxxis is not known for there innovation, just for the fact they make more smoke than any other tire, in drifting smoke equals points. If anyone gets a chance to go to a drift race, Ryan is very approachable, he is actually very shy. Gary Gardella the team owner is a bit more outgoing and a very nice guy, he drives the 1450 hp ecotec powered Red Bull Cobalt. I talk with both of them frequently on Facebook.

Same here, it was shocking and awesome at the same time.
the car looked great.

Maxxis makes MORE smoke than any other tire? ? ? I'd like to see the study on that.

Maxxis has been "addressed" for making special drift tires that make more smoke than there street tires, that is a rule violation. Maxxis did win one and two in the overall standings last year. I think JR and McQ are doing a good job of keeping up with the Falken's and they are street tires.
