After months of research and testing several wheels, Gravana is launching our staggered wheel packages. Our goal was to offer quality and style at an affordable price. The result is the first reasonably-priced staggered wheel package designed specifically for your Kappa-based car!
Gravana is proud to announce the release of the new J2 Mesh staggered wheel set, built exclusively for the Pontiac Solstice, Solstice GXP, Saturn Sky and Sky Redline. The J2 Mesh is a stylish and classy one piece cast wheel that will help personalize your car while adding value & performance. Through our exclusive partnership with J2, we combine 25 years of wheel industry experience from J2 with Gravana’s understanding of your wheel needs. These wheels are available
exclusively from Gravana or through your local Saturn or Pontiac retailer.
The staggered sets are available in the following sizes:
18x8.0" Front / 18x9.0" Rear
19x8.5" Front / 19x9.5" Rear.
The wider rear gives you an aggressive stance with approximately a 3" lip in the rear, which is noticably wider as shown in the second image. Our goal was to capture the best European styling in a package that was specifically designed to fit the Kappa platform and allow maximum tire size without rubbing. The mesh design is a timeless style that will last through the many wheel trends we will see throughout the life of your car. With this wheel package, we have tested up to 245/45-18 & 245/40-19 front tires and up to 275/40-18 & 275/35-19 rear tires with no rubbing issues. Our testing is based on using Toyo Proxes T1R and Falken FK-452 tires. If you plan to use an alternate tire brand, please verify fit with your local tire installer to ensure that you will not have rubbing issues.
Currently, this wheel is available in silver with a machine polished lip. Chrome finish is also available as a special order. If the demand is there, we will also offer this wheel in a black center with a polished lip.
As you can see in this image, the difference in lip size between front and rear is, well... Staggering!
