Gravana ?? Issues Cleared Up Wheels On the Way!!

I ordered a set of staggered J2 Mesh rims today. The order went though their system but I have not been able to reach anyone by email or phone to confirm the order. Not only that but they said they would give the July Wheel Special price to me and they did not. They charged my credit card immediately for the full amount. Does anyone know if they are having problems there? I did business with them several years ago with out an issue, but they have definitly not impressed me this time so far. Thanks

Flash Update:For everyone info. Ryan was out of the office yesterday. The order was processed this morning at the sale price. I got overly concerned due to not being able to reach anyone. With no emails answered and the phone system not functioning I just expected that another business had collasped under the poor economy taking my money with it! Thanks Ryan.

Its after 5 right now on the west coast so they might have all gone home by now. I would say try tomorrow early in the morning. Also I thought I heard someone mention that they were sold out of the J2 Mesh rims except silver or something. The automatic charge was probably just automated by the computer.

I placed the order early today and have been emailing them since 1pm their time. Just a little bit surprised that none of them from sales, Ryan, Chad or Jim would not email me back. I will definitely find out what is going on in the morning.

They can't be doing to bad. I emailed them Sunday with an request for information so I could place and order and have gotten no reply. Guess they don't need my money. In this economy it's funny how many buisnesses just don't get it..

Always best to call, some businesses don't keep up that well with email yet.

Their in box on their phone is full and will not take any messages. That makes it very diiffcult to get a hold of them.

Maybe it's just me, but if their email is unanswered and their phone message box is full . . . I don't think I'd be entering an order with 'em 'til I had a pretty good idea that they are still a going concern.

Look at what may be going on with Mallet. Do I smell DEAD MULLET?

It's a tough business climate out there, and getting tougher by the day.

Yeah guys. I would hold off on getting anything from them. I had the same issues 3 months ago. Voicemail box full. They did reply to one of four emails. It caused my internal red flag to go up. So I backed off.

Gravana is only a few miles from me. I could drive by to take a look see, but I won't go inside to say anything.

Let you know.

The funny thing is that Ryan from Gravana emailed me Monday and told me he had a set of the wheels in stock and that he would honor the pricing. That is why I went ahead and placed the order. We sent 3 or 4 emails back and forth. I would not have ordered from them if I thought there was an issue. I am concerned that something has happened between Monday and Tuesday. Pure_Fun on your way out today take a look and see if there is something going on at their place. Thanks.

FYI, Discount Tire Direct is also a vendor and has these same wheels (called Monarch 410's) available. I just bought the 19" staggered set and they matched the Gravana sale pricing.

OK, I was wrong to be suspect. I love happy endings. Let us know when you get the wheels and post some pics, too.
