I think it is just missing the center caps in the picture. Mine has the Monarch center cap in that area, and it seems like I could just snap it off if I wanted to.

Will these work if your SOL has been lowered w/ Eibach springs?

Yes, look at Solsters sig line, it says he has Eibach lowering springs on his car.

Does anyone have a pic of these wheels in 19's and in black on a car?
