You have to click the link, change the car color to aggressive and click the Motegi DV5. I like to black on red look but need opinions.

Black looks good on the aggressive , but you will be doing some painting of the calipers and such.

I like the 5 that is already on the car.....but if I were choosing from the ones at Tire Rack...I'd go with the 7 spoke.

Agree--not into the black rim look even with a polished lip. Want something brighter.

It's nice to see that Tirerack finally has some rims available for the Solstice, but I really don't like any of them listed so far.

If the ASA AR1 becomes available in black, that would look nice on your red car.

On first reaction, not really my style.

Second reaction, it actually works fairly well.

Third reaction, yeah, I can see that. It looks like wheels you might see on a racing version. Yeah, that works. Still not my style, but yeah, definitly works on the red car.

Go for it.

FWIW, of the 5 available I like the OZ GT's the best.

Wasn't going to replace my rims but those Borbet LS's might make me change my mind. Wish I could see 'em in the flesh but the pic is next best thing. New tires for the summer and new wheels? gotta check that bank balance...

The only problem I see is that all the wheels listed that show on offset are showing +40 while the standard wheels on the Solstice are +55.

Comments?

I wanted black with a polished lip for a while, but everyone is doing that, and there is already one in range of me that way. That's why I chose these rims. I have them on order, and they should be here by the end of June.

I noticed that too, that means the wheels will stick out quite further from stock right? GM chose a weird bolt pattern and offset I have yet to find a +55 offset anywhere that can fit the solstice and looks good.
