DO NOT POST UNLESS YOU HAVE A PIC!

Okay Guys/Gals lets start the wheel of fun thread. Every good forum has an on going wheel thread where everybody posts pics of their cars with wheels or they post the wheels that might look good on the Sol. Look for 5x110 with 55mm offsets

So, I'll start off. I found these on ebay, these are the first non-racer/ricer wheels I've seen that I sort of like. they are 19x8s with the Sol's 5x110 w/35mm bolt pattern. The wheels are called Phantom with $1680 a set. These guys must be part of GM becuase they were allowed to put them on the coupe concept Sol:

They've got some depth and they are sort of like the Alfo Romeo Five Hole wheels I love so much.

Who's Next?

KEEP THIS THREAD CLEAN FOLKS, let's not go off on some meaningless tangent. Let's make this a resource for owners looking for wheels. If you love the Sol wheels and you think it's stupid to upgrade that's great, just keep it to yourself or start your own thread.

bradyb...have you heard of Photoshop? That's what they did. Those guys aren't part of GM. There here on the West Coast.

An those rims are too heavy. About 28pnds. I like them but they'll slow my Sol down.

Forgive me at this BRASH thought but I would love to see Chrome reverse wheels with baby moon Hubcaps to really complete the 50s Retro Roadster look. For those who weren't born when the air was still clean, those were regular, stock, run of the mill steel, no look whatsoever wheels that were plated in chrome rather than just painted black. And oh..............HUBCAPS?,........they were metal objects that were actually ADDED to the wheel either covering it entirely or just in the center portion to dress it up. Get it????????????................... I see a lot of blank faces out there............................ Nevermind............drive thru

I was hoping that someone with far more computer knowledge than me could put these wheels on a white Sol since this is what I bought/ordered.

oooo, i like those wheels!! too bad they don't come in 19 inch dia's

Sorry can't help you with the Photoshopping, but since you're askin' the question, you obviously bought wheels without even knowing exactly how they're gonna look on your car? Riiiisky! Hope they turn out good. For fitment you must've just got 18's with the same offset as the stock wheels?
