I used the Dejon Elbow, two silicone couplers and fourT-Clamps on this install.
Silicone couplers and T-Clamps were ordered from Stylin Motors that has a banner on the forum. Address: www.stylinmotors.com Their sevrice was excellent.
Inside diameter: 2 3/4 inches. You should satisfy yourself this is correct.
If you order from them...On the Stylin Motors website go to the left side menu and click on couplers, find your inside diameter and color, the quanity and then near the bottom T-Bolt Clamps and select the correct size and quanity.

With the Dejon Elbow you will receive two hard black rubber couplers. Measure each of them them and then add 1/8th inch and mark this on the silicone couplars with a marker.
Now using around a 1 inch peice of masking tape wrap it around the coupler so it is perfectly stright.
Take a new single edge razor blade and just slice it around the coupler following the edge of the masking tape. This is very easy to do on silicone.
Photo below shows what I am talking about. Install photos and approximately 5 minute install proceedure follows on another post to to this thread. PUTFILE giving me a hard time getting in.

Here is your install proceedure.
Mix a few drops of liquid soap with a little water in some container and set it aside. I use Johnson Baby Shampoo but many will work.
Have your two silicone couplers and four T-clamps handy as well as the tools you will need.
For the T-Clamps you will need a deep 11 mm 3/8 inch drive socket.
To remove the OEM elbow you will need 7 mm 1/4 inch drive socket or a screwdriver.

I. Disconnect the connection to the small aluminum AC system tube and move it out of your way. This is only done to prevent you hitting it and doing damage during the install.
NOTE: You do not need to remove any fittings or loosen anything to the cold side intercooler pipe.
2. Loosen the OEM elbow clamps and wiggle it out.
3. Slide the upper silicone coupler onto the intake of the FI and snug it up.
4. Slide a T-Clamp onto the Dejon elbow and slide the elbow into the upper coupler. Now slide the T-Clamp up the elbow and onto the coupler and snug it up.
NOTE: Look at this photo, maybe print it out, for the orientation of your T-Clamps. Also note the location of the weld on the Dejon elbow so you will get it oriented properly.
5. Slide a T-Clamp onto the Dejon elbow and another over the end of the intercooler pipe. 6. Coat soapy water around the IC pipe end of the elbow back around three inches. You can also do this sliding the coupler onto the IC pipe then sliding onto the elbow.
Wiggle the elbow around a bit and slide the silicone coupler up the elbow so coupler end and elbow end are even. Coat a couple inches of the IC pipe with the soapy water.
7. Slide the coupler from the elbow onto the IC pipe till both the elbow and the IC pipe have approximatel the same amount of coupler over the ends.
8. Snug up the lower T-Clamps. Wiggle everything around a little bit to insure line up then tighten all T-Clamps.
9. Reconnect the plug into the AC system.
10. After a few runs recheck tightness.
NOTE: It cost a little but I highly recomend installing all silicone couplers and T- Clamps in the intercooler system.
NOTE: The silicone couplers are much easier to work with then the black rubber ones. That is what allows this method to work.
I'll go back to PUTFILE and post one more photo.

Have just installed the Dejon IC pipes on the drivers side and from your past experience How tight should the T clamps be ?

I just snughed up the clamps and have a concern with overnightening on the 16 gage pipes.

Hi Chuck:

Your statement Common Sense Is Not So Common is incorrect. Common Sense is very Common. However in this day and age, Common Sense is not necessarily Good Sense!!!

Just pulling your chain!

Oh gee..Where did you find common sense? Sure isn't much around here and absolutely none in congress.

Honestly didn't know Dejon had the silicone hoses and clamps and I had done buisness with the other company in the past.
