Check the other tires at the hot temp. Fill the low one to the same pressure. You should be close.

I'm gonna go to about 10 lbs lower then the max and then release the air in the morning...that's the best way to do it as spider suggested, I just couldn't do it before a long trip
The plus-4 setting is probably accurate enough for most driving, too. Unless you drive aggressively, or the weather is too cold, the tires should gain about that much when warm.

My tires gain around 2 psi (usually less) on a 16 mile, moderately agressive, drive to work.
Starting out with low pressure will gain slightly more. Starting out with high pressure doesn't seem to matter.
