   Radiator baffle not installed correctly!

I installed a GMPP CAI over the weekend and it was a good thing I did. When removing the stock airbox I noticed the air filter was full of bugs. I thought this to be a little strange since I'd never seen bugs in an air filter on any car I've ever owned. After looking into it, I found the the air baffle on the radiator was not installed correctly or had been knocked out of place. It should run from the top of the radiator down into a small gap on the backside of the bumper. It however was not in this gap all the way and was bowed in the middle so that it stuck out below the bumper. This caused a ram air effect which scooped up anything and everything that came through the grill right into the air box and engine compartment. Besides the bugs there was also a lot of sand in the bottom of the stock airbox and water marks telling me that rain was getting scooped up as well.

Has anyone else seen this?
