Does any one know if GM makes a Leather "no" multi-function steering wheel? I have the base stock plastic/rubber steering wheel and would like to replace it with a leather wheel. If there is a leather "no" multi-function steering wheel, please post part number for Ebony wheel. Thanks!

I was also wondering if it would be possible to replace base stock steering wheel with a multi-funtion steering wheel ...and if the radio controls work?

Why don't you just get it re-done in leather by one of our supporting vendors or other company?

Doubt the button version would work without the wiring being added. If you want a lwearher wheel try:

The radio buttons do work. I replaced my std plastic/no right side buttons ( but has left side buttons) with a leather one that has all the buttons, and they all work, even with the std 2006 radio. I've since replaced the radio with the mid level radio, and the buttons still work.

The p/n for my black leather wheel was 15850936, for a 2006, and was less than $200.
