todd_raleigh Founding Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Apex, NC	Based upon the VIN, it's a 2006 Solstice. So, I doubt he purchased it new from a dealer. Maybe used purchase though. If the radio is locked, it sounds fishy.
