It looks alright. I think I need high res photos to see it better.
Also it looks like you can see the wood on the drivers side ?

Sorry man I pick on everyone.

I see what you're talking about... it's just a little overlapping vinyl... it's already been taken care of... I'd take high res pics if I had a camera that took them :x

yeah that's the amp... it's not cf though... the amp circuitry is covered with a peice of plexiglass and then there is drilled metal on top of it... does look like cf in the pic though

With the subs turned sideways on the photo, you should cut the back of the plastic out for the recess that way the sub sits back farther. I also see you used some edge molding to cover the cut out in the middle. Perhaps you can make a shelf with wood and have two cup holder circles cut into it, then cover it with felt and secure it in front of the amp to cover the black box under the spot where the old cup holders used to sit.

deepbluegxp: the back of the plastic is cut out if you look closely at the box on the passenger side you can swee where it's cut and slid into the area behind the plastic... great idea on the cupholders... may just have to do that that's rubber door trim btw

the boxes are bigger than they look.... from the farthest forward point to the back of the boxes it is 11" or so... eventually going to switch the subs out for shallow-mounts when some are released that I would buy so that I can take the rear part of the box off and just have the triangles. Even though the boxes are so large there is maybe 2 clicks of seat adjustment lost.... with shallow mount subs there shouldn't be any... thinking of squeezing some 10s in somewhere too

Also, that little black box you're talking about is the monsoon amp... using it to run all the other speakers.

Triple post time!

Looking at the pictures and thinking about the shape of the boxes... if I had used 10s instead of 12s they could have been pushed back much farther... but due to the way the center console area extends out and connects to the rear wall there's just not enough side to side space back there to slide them back all the way

Since the back of the subs can't fit all the way back, take advantage of that space. Close the sides with some trim pieces to the back and then you will have two pockets to put stuff
